Play: Before casting, move the gold aim marker with the mouse or A / D (Left / Right arrows). Click the lake or press SPACE to cast there.
After the lure lands, use short taps or a steady hold depending on the lure. When the bobber or line jumps, hold SPACE to set the hook and reel.
During the fight, let go when the fish runs hard. A tired fish is much easier to bring in.
Shoreline Walk Test: On Crooked Dock Pond in Free Fish, use Q / E or the Walk buttons to move along the bank. Reach a screen edge to enter the next shoreline section. You can stop and fish from anywhere along the bank.
Fishing Hub: Free Fish is the default. Enter tournaments or accept private player challenges when you want catches to count.
